1. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to use OnlyCrave. We use secure identity verification (KYC) to ensure all creators and users meet legal age requirements. Accessing the site while under 18 is a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Briceka Enterprise reserves the right to suspend accounts that facilitate prohibited activities or violate platform safety protocols.

3. Intellectual Property

While Creators retain ownership of their specific content, the platform design, logos, and underlying code are the property of Briceka Enterprise. Users may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any platform assets without express written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

OnlyCrave prohibits the following:

  • Recording or redistributing creator content without permission.
  • Uploading content involving minors or non-consensual imagery.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or illegal transactions.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

OnlyCrave is provided "as is." Briceka Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Users interact with third-party links and other users at their own risk.
