01. Digital Content (Subscriptions & PPV)
Access to fan subscriptions and Pay-Per-View (PPV) content is provided immediately upon successful transaction. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once viewed, all subscriptions and PPV purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Account Security: Chargebacks on valid digital content purchases are viewed as fraudulent and will result in permanent account termination.
02. Wallet Deposits & Tips
Wallet Deposits: We offer a 30-minute grace period for accidental deposits. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of the transaction via our contact page.
Creator Tips: Tips are voluntary gratuities for content enjoyment. Like a tip at a restaurant, these are final and cannot be reversed once sent to the creator.
Protection & Fraud Prevention
OnlyCrave utilizes advanced monitoring to prevent refund abuse. Repeated refund requests or fraudulent chargeback attempts will be flagged and may involve legal intervention to protect our creator community and platform integrity.
