This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms between OnlyCrave ("Platform," "We," "Us") and the content provider ("Creator," "You," "Your"). By creating an account and uploading content, you explicitly accept these terms.

1. Eligibility & Verification

You confirm you are at least 18 years of age. To protect the community, you must provide valid, government-issued identification to verify your identity and age via our secure KYC (Know Your Customer) process before publishing content.

2. Content Pre-screening

To maintain the highest safety standards, all content is pre-screened by the Platform prior to publication. We reserve the right to reject material that violates our guidelines, including illegal or non-consensual acts.

3. Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant OnlyCrave a worldwide license to host, display, and monetize said content. You may remove your content at any time, though previously purchased content remains accessible to those specific buyers.

4. 2257 Compliance & Consent

You are required to maintain written consent and age verification for every person depicted in your content. You must ensure all participants are 18+. Documentation must be provided promptly upon request by the Platform or legal authorities.

5. Revenue & Payments

  • 95%+ Share: Revenue sharing is communicated transparently upon account creation.
  • Payouts: Distributed according to the established OnlyCrave schedule.
  • Taxes: Creators are responsible for their own applicable tax obligations.

6. Termination & Indemnification

Either party may terminate this agreement via account closure. You agree to indemnify OnlyCrave against any claims arising from your content. This agreement is governed by the laws of your primary jurisdiction.
